Of course you all know what happens in March?

Did you guess it's my blogging birthday?
That's right I'm celebrating my 5th year of blogging, totally amazing!
So each March I have a wee give-away, just a wee something little to say thank you to my readers and friends who pop by and leave such lovely comments.
This March is no exception. This March I'm going to put all comments into the draw to win four fat quarters of this beautiful linen fabric, held together with string and one of my fabric brooches.

So all you have to do to enter is leave a comment on my blog between now the end of March. If you don't have a blog, make sure you leave a contact for you.

Each year I'm amazed that I still get so much enjoyment from blogging, and it makes me realise that the friendships I make mean so much.

So here's to another year of friendships and creativity, I hope you'll join me on the journey!

Happy blogging Birthday.

Funnily enough I remember when I first found you - I loved the title and was intrigued to see what the blog was about - never dreaming that I will be on a wonderful visit to a farm, a journey around New Zealand - a country which we have toured from one end to the other staying in homestays and farms in magical places out of the way. The holiday of a lifetime.

Then of course there were your fabulous fabric projects, and I 'watched' your confidence grow as you offered an online book tutorial - and hearing you with a very bad cold, with the camera near you - and another when you were in the middle of recording and the phone went, and the tute abruptly stopped. It was wonderful, so unpretentious, and 'real' and I loved it.

And how you have progressed - I felt the elation when you got a job, and the uncertainity when you had a stall at your very first craft fair.

You have come a very very long way in a short space of time. I look forward to continue your journey over the next five years.

Sincere best wishes
xx

Congratulations dear Carole - five years blogging that's a huge achievement - well done!!
But it's all the other things that you've done as part of your blogging journey that has impressed me.

You're a constant inspiration to us all with your on-line classes, the exquisite quilts you make and the wonderful pieces in your on-line store, plus all the swaps and things you share in your QBV group.
I only wish I had half of your energy!!!!

I feel I'm one of the lucky ones, as I've met you dear Carole and know what a fun loving person you are, having spent a fantastic fun day together at the textile fair last year - can we do it again this year?!!!

love

As a newbie to blogging, I am impressed with five years! But I am even more impressed with your work. I came to your blog via Patty, one of your Queen Bees. We are in an art group together and she speaks of you often. I love the sewing and art combination - stich on!
Cheers to FIve!
