I'm terrified....

It has arrived.

The Machine.

Each time I walk past the door I break into a sweat,
I don't even have to look at it,
I just know it's there,

waiting for me.....

Carole :((

Sweating is what you were after! Isn't that great that you don't even have to get on the thing! Perfect!

Is this what happens when you turn 50?! I'm so sorry I missed your birthday, hope it was great for you. :) xx

We have one of those!!!. Just make sure you have your ipod full of your favourite music, it makes the time go faster.

I've just whipped through and caught up on your blog - love the cherries, you are showing your style already. And the stitchery is very special- neat idea. Snow!! Brrrr! Happy Birthday! And do what Jodie from Ric-Rac does with her treadmill - reads and walks at the same time!

Looks to me like a great place to hang your clothes over.

Oh you big woos!!! Look, as another lady (*wink*) in her 5th decade who suffers with exercise (exercycle) I say get on to the thing girl. Actually I've found doing it in front of the TV the best, go on - you can do it ; ))

I guess I have to admit we have one too - and right now it's a dust collector and suffers from piles (piles of this, and piles of that). I really should uncover it so that it can stop being glorified storage and will shame me into actually using it!

I had been a bad girl, not riding the stationary bike very often lately. To support and motivate you, I'll do it today :-). How's that?
Hugs,
Julia

You can take some of the scare out of it by using it as a clothes rack LOL
Happy Weekend!

You go girl! I've got one of those but unfortunately every time I've gone to use it lately my knee or ankle has not been up to it (well that's my excuse). xx

Shut the door and ignore it - put on your jacket and get out into that wonderful spring air - so much better than that horrid machine! LOL
