Welcome to March

It's here. Already. The year is moving way too fast!

I need to do more of this.

Starting today.

What are you going to do more of in March?

I agree - I like to move fast but I don't like it when the world move too fast around me. March will be all about getting back up to speed with my sewing & quilting... I want to finish several projects where the quilt top is already completed, and I want to complete my Scrappy Speckle Quilt for a birthday on April 11. Too much to achieve in one month??? time will tell :)

I can't believe March is here already either. I was going to spend this year exploring mark making in textiles and I havn't started yet and I should have done 3 journal quilts by the end of the month so that's probably what I'll be doing this month. I've started a cot quilt for my new nephew due in April so that has to be done too. That should take care of March :-)

I too was taken by surprise by the arrival of March. I have three journal quilts to do and also the gardening so, barring rain, the latter will probably take up most of the month!

I am going to look at your blog and enjoy the excitement and beauty of your new home and garden. These sneak peaks are tantalising beautiful and I just have to keep returning to see more!

How can it be March already? I am soooo ready for spring though! I love the colors in your photo... I hope to do some stitching.... but I see family time in the month of March.... not sure what creativity I can accomplish this month. Guess I should get my thread and needle out and put them on the sofa!

I can feel the love from here! Very happy for you Carole. I'd be tempted to sit in front of those double doors in a comfy chair with a good book (or some hand sewing)... and just look up every time a page is turned, or a row is stitched. Sigh ;-))) xo

Yes, I need more time on my gorgeous, toile couch, but I don't have one! ha! Yours is lovely.
