I've been having fun making these...

These little yoyos are less than an inch in diameter, aren't they cute?

Believe it or not, I have never made a yoyo before.
I really enjoyed my yoyo creating experience...
Now, what can I use them for?

Stay tuned for a yoyo project...

Hope you have recovered from your walk down the drive with me.
The daffodils are just so beautiful at the moment, and they fill vases all over the house.
It was also my very first attempt at a You Tube video :)

Hope you have had a lovely weekend!
Carole :)

These look lovely! I haven't made yoyos either, I've looked at "how to" vids on the web - great way of using up leftovers of fabric.
I can almost smell those daffs from here Carole!
Unjoy the rest of your weekend!

You're mad woman - why so small. Madder than me with hexi's!!!
However, the arty side of me says they would make great hollyhock flowers on an applique flower, gathered side up.
have fun anyway

Oh I kno wyou will make something beautiufl with them! I love the colors and patterns you have used! I bought a littel device this winter to help me make yoyo's. It's still sitting in my sewing drawer never used. Shame on me! LOL

YEs, thanks for reminding me to finally get out this device and give it a go...they look lovely!
I had no idea what I would use them for too but I like the way they themselves look :) if that makes any sense:) I guess if I finally MADE some and had them cluttering up my studio maybe I could figure out what to do with them wouldn´t I.....

I love your mini yo-yos! The fabrics are so pretty. I love yo-yos myself and have made a couple of things to decorate the house with them, plus they can add just the right little vintage touch to a project. Bit fiddly but hey, very worth it.

Looking forward to seeing what you do with them.

Hi Carole, aren't those little yo-you's fun? I like making them too.

Your blog is just beautiful!!! I want to try your brownie recipe. I baked some shortbread cookies yesterday so I'll save the brownies for next weekend.

Would love to see what you do with them, they are cute. I would also like to see your video when you post it. Perhaps you will have some tips for me as I have just bought a new video camera for that reason.
