Don't know what came over me?

Yesterday was an amazing day.

It was terrible outside, cold and showery.

I washed floors, cleaned windows, made a huge pot of hearty winter soup,

planted out another 300 spring bulbs.

Before I could stop and think I also had a rather large pile of 2 1/2" squares cut!

I hope this affliction doesn't last too long - it's not even spring yet!

Oh Carole
I'm suspicious like Linda - as you said it's NOT SPRING here - what's got into you??!!

Do I see another quilt emerging from that pretty pile of 2½" squares. Adorable fabrics - do tell us wassup!

It's summer here, but you can certainly come plant, cut fabric and wash my windows if you like. Or are you down for a nap now!

Carole, I think you need to call at my place sometime soon - Spring will soon be here and I don't think I will be cleaning if I can possibly help it!! What a great day you had , looking forward to seeing what those squares transform into.

I wish I had your energy!!! You make me feel very lazy! Good on you and don't you just feel so virtuous after a day like that.

Do you need to lie down today to get over it?!!!

Barbara :)

Isn't it wonderful when you achieve so much in a day - really rewarding and what a gorgeous pile of squares - I wonder what you have in mind for those
