joining in, and brief love affair

The group of girls who are working away at constructing journals in the workshop, are such a great bunch of girls. They are all so enthusiastic and motivated, I can't wait to see their finished journals!

I decided I would join them and make another one too (like I need another one!!)
They really got into the spirit of the class and partied as they worked - it seems to have been one long slumber party!!

Who wouldn't want to join in?

Here's a glimpse of my finished journal.

Meet Lilly.
She belongs to my daughter.
She recently moved flats and can't take beautiful Lilly with her.
Lilly is staying with us for the time being, but we need to find her a new home, she's terrified of dogs.

The longer she stays, the more my heart grows attached.
She has such a lovely personality, and she must go to a very caring home...with no dogs.

Like my daughter, I'm going to miss her terribly.
What an emotional rollercoaster!

Lily is so beautiful, I know how you feel. My 2 oldest daughters both had cats, but when they had to move, they were not able to keep them. I ended up with both of them as well as the 2 I had of my own. I wouldn't wish 4 cats on anyone who didn't really love them. It is so had to have to give them away, they become part of the family so quickly

I am excited about your journal and Lily has stolen my heart, she is so pretty. I cannot see how you could give her up. I would love to have her, but my queen Sophie cat would probably not like it. She is lovely ~ very! Blessings to you! ~ Katie

I look at the badge for your class (sitting on my blog) with guilt. I haven't had time to stop in for longer than a few minutes. Maybe next week?

Lilly is adorable-- and I am not even a cat lover. I much prefer dogs.

I hope you can find Lilly a good home - she's adorable. We ended up getting our son's cat by default a couple of years ago. Now we wouldn't give him up for anything.
