...or spring flowers, as the case may be! Remember all the bulbs I was planting, well all that back-breaking labour was worth it, just to be able to walk down the drive and pick a large bunch of these.
The next exciting event will be the arrival of our lambs! One week to go!

I love spring bulbs.....and I was just at a fall fair in town here and I pet a lamb for the first time. I tell you...I couldn't stop! It was the softest thing ever. I visited with that lamb for 15 minutes. I think I need one now:)
Carole, they look beautiful. Great show when their are lots of them. I decided not to pick mine as there were so few planted. Must get more into the garden for next year though.
Congratulations- that's a wonderful display. Do you know the name of the one in your hand...something about eggs...maybe not. I had one similar but it was lemon and orange. I hope lambing goes smoothly and the weather is warm.
Hi Carole,
your spring bulbs are magnificent - way ahead of mine, but then I am from the deep south then...
Oh, those flowers are so pretty!
Spring is such a wonderful time isn't it.
These are gorgeous! I can't WAIT for the lambs!!!
Just wanted to let you know that I have awarded you a "Fab Blog" award - see here for details - http://debbibaker.blogspot.com/2009/08/monday-night-this-is-as-imaginative-as.html
No obligation - and no offense will be taken if you don't want to do anything about it! (but you do know that I love your blog!!)
You sure planted a lot of bulbs! That is one long driveway! Indeed it is worth it, the flowers are beautiful!

I remember those bulbs! Beautiful!
The spring flowers look so cheerful and pretty. A bunch on your sewing table would be the perfect addition. Hugs Jx
