Thinking about building an ark.....

We've had a lot of rain lately, in fact 40 mm in one day, a couple of days ago. It rained hard last night too. I'm thinking we should build an ark, so that the animals can go in 2 by 2....

So they can keep their feet dry while drinking!

These pics were taken from a dry vantage point on our property! LOL (not)

ROLL ON SUMMER!!!

I think it's hilarious that the cows make the effort to drink from their trough instead of just drinking from the puddle they are standing in. Creatures of habit for sure!

Is this much rain NORMAL for NZ in the spring?

We'd happy share it with you! Just send some over here to Qld, Aust.
It is nice to hear that someone is getting rain :-))
Happy stitching, P

We are just saying goodbye to our green grass....We even got a slight skiff of snow the other day....but otherwise a beautiful autumn:) Poor cows....I think they need some Wellies...something colourful would be nice.

You are sooo funny sometimes Carole.
But I do like the idea of wellies for the cows though.

Would you please send some of your rain to Sth East Queensland. We are in drought. It certainly looks lovely and green in your part of the world. You are sooooo lucky.
